La historia de expansi\u00f3n estudia la evoluci\u00f3n del factor de escala a(t), y est\u00e1 descrita por las ecuaciones de friedman, mientras que la historia del crecimiento de perturbaciones estudia la evoluci\u00f3n del factor de crecimiento d(t). La comparaci\u00f3n entre ambas historias nos da informaci\u00f3n sobre los constituyentes del universo y posibles cambios a la teor\u00eda de gravedad est\u00e1ndar a grandes escalas, no se pueden distinguir usando s\u00f3lo el factor de escala. El factor de crecimiento indica c\u00f3mo crecen las fluctuaciones, y el ritmo de crecimiento de fluctuaciones, f, tambi\u00e9n funci\u00f3n de la derivada de d, indica c\u00f3mo crece la divergencia de velocidades. La historia de crecimiento de fluctuaciones explica la m\u00e9trica del universo, la evoluci\u00f3n de los potenciales gravitatorios. La medida directa de f se puede hacer mediante distorsiones en el espacio de velocidades o por efectos que detecten cambios en el potencial gravitatorio. En esta tesis se estudian dos casos que detectan f directamente. El primero, el estudio de las galaxias luminosas rojas en el cat\u00e1logo sloan difital sky survey dr6 en el espacio de velocidades. El segundo efecto estudiado es el efecto integrado sachs wolfe que mide las variaciones en los potenciales gravitatorios por efecto de la energ\u00eda oscura, a trav\u00e9s de la correlaci\u00f3n
