Para ello se han utilizado tanto herram ientas experimentales (espectroscopia) como te\u00f3ricas (m\u00e9todos ab initio y dft). Debido al tama\u00f1o de los sistemas fue necesario dise\u00f1ar un modelo simplificado del s\u00f3lido que permitiera simular los cambios que se producen en el s\u00f3lido. El modelo dise\u00f1a do ha dado muy buenos resultados y abre la puerta a la posibilidad de utilizar metodolog\u00eda m\u00e1s costosa computacionalmente de la que usa normalmente en el estudio te\u00f3rico de s\u00f3lidos.  los resultados obtenidos han permitido tanto proponer un mecanismo de reacci\u00f3n como estudiar particularidades de los sistemas estudiados, como el efecto t\u00fanel,
