La resolucion del analizador fue 2.5% (ek=7.3 kev), siendo este valor experimental muy cercano a los calculados al dise\u00f1ar el analizador. Se ha llevado a cabo el montaje de un espectrometro dcems (\u00abdepth-selective conversion electron mossbauer spectroscopy\u00bb) y se ha efectuado la puesta en funcionamiento del espectrometro optimizando las condiciones de seleccion de energia y las de deteccion de electrones hasta conseguir una relacion se\u00f1al\/ruido conducente a la obtencion de espectros dcem.  se ha comprobado la operatividad del espectrometro y la utilidad del metodo en el estudio de problemas relacionados con la caracterizacion de fases de fe en superficies, mediante la aplicacion de la tecnica dcems a la caracterizacion de los productos por oxidacion al aire y por exposicion a una atmosfera de so2, en peliculas delgadas de fe, producidas por evaporacion de este metal en alto vacio sobre diferentes sustratos, y al estudio de la reduccion de fe3+ a alfa-fe en una pelicula preparada por el metodo de langmuir-blodgett. En todas estas aplicaciones las muestras fueron tambien estudiadas por icems (\u00abintegral cems\u00bb), y, en algunos casos, por espectroscopia de fotoelectrones generados por rayos x (xps) y microscopia electronica de barrido (sem), obteniendose resultados complementarios que sirvieron de apoyo a las conclusiones del trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
