As\u00ed como, su implantaci\u00f3n en el an\u00e1lisis de muestras reales. para ello, se han desarrollado nuevas metodolog\u00edas en los procesos de determinaci\u00f3n de los contaminantes y se han comparado con la metodolog\u00eda de trabajo rutinaria. en el caso de los pahs se ha tenido en cuenta las etapas del proceso: extracci\u00f3n, limpieza y an\u00e1lisis instrumental y, t\u00e9cnicas como extracci\u00f3n con energ\u00eda microondas vs. Energ\u00eda de ultrasonidos, extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida vs. Cromatograf\u00eda de permeaci\u00f3n por gel o saponificaci\u00f3n y, la cromatograf\u00eda de gases vs. Cromatograf\u00eda de l\u00edquidos. Para el an\u00e1lisis mediante gc-ms se ha implementado el rtl (retention time locking) para evitar problemas asociados al desplazamiento de tiempos de retenci\u00f3n. en el caso de metales, se ha optimizado la extracci\u00f3n mediante dise\u00f1o experimental y en la determinaci\u00f3n instrumental mediante icp-ms se ha estudiado el uso de la celda de colisi\u00f3n como medio eficaz de eliminar interferencias. Este desarrollo se ha aplicado a la estimaci\u00f3n de la bioaccesibilidad de metales en mejill\u00f3n. La biodisponibilidad humana del mejill\u00f3n se he estimado mediante la simulaci\u00f3n in vitro gastrointestinal de varias muestras. para terminar, y como medida de control interno de la calidad de los resultados anal\u00edticos, se ha preparado un material de referencia de laboratorio de mejill\u00f3n siguiendo el procedimiento utilizando en las gu\u00edas iso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
