Se pretende mejorar los m\u00e9todos anteriormente propuestos para la determinaci\u00f3n de estos compuestos, fundamentalmente en lo referido a su sensibilidad, rapidez y sencillez. Para ello nos basaremos en la fotorreacci\u00f3n que sufren estos compuestos estibenoides, la cual, probablemente es una reacci\u00f3n de ciclaci\u00f3n en la cual se originan derivados del fenantreno, mol\u00e9cula altamente fluorescente. por otra parte, se aborda tanto la problem\u00e1tica de la tipificaci\u00f3n de muestras de vino como la detecci\u00f3n de fraude en la industria vitivin\u00edcola, para lo que se estudian las posibilidades de las se\u00f1ales fluorescentes de tres v\u00edas en combinaci\u00f3n con quimiometr\u00eda, como nuevas metodolog\u00edas de
