Estas son principalmente, el r\u00edo tinto que introduce metales, el polo qu\u00edmico de huelva y el poligono industrial nuevo puerto que liberan compuestos qu\u00edmicos y los cultivos de fresas donde se emplean fertilizantes y pesticidas. en ambos animales se analizaron una bateria de biomarcadores moleculares convencionales, entre los que se encontraban enzimas antioxidativas (segshpx, cat), enzimas auxiliares (g6pdh, 6pgdh), da\u00f1os oxidativos (mda, %gssg), enzimas biotransformadoras (erod, gst) y esterasas (ache, cbe). adem\u00e1s se realizaron varios an\u00e1lisis prote\u00f3nicos en ambos organismos con el objeto de encontrar nuevos biomarcadores y prote\u00ednas relacionadas con la contaminaci\u00f3n. Para ello, tras realizar la separaci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas mediante 2-de, se procedi\u00f3 a la secuenciaci\u00f3n por espectrometr\u00eda de masas e identificaci\u00f3n por b\u00fasqueda en bases de datos de las que presentaron intensidades diferenciales. el uso combinado de la prote\u00f3mica y biomarcadores moleculares convencionales result\u00f3 ser una herramienta muy poderosa para
