La revisi\u00f3n de trabajos emp\u00edricos realizada nos permite confirmar que no existe un an\u00e1lisis sistem\u00e1tico de los factores contextuales, organizativos y estrat\u00e9gicos que tienen lugar tras la privatizaci\u00f3n de una empresa p\u00fablica.  en este trabajo nos planteamos como objetivo principal explorar los cambios en la gesti\u00f3n que se producen tras la privatizaci\u00f3n de una empresa p\u00fablica y, como consecuencia de ello, proponer un modelo te\u00f3rico de an\u00e1lisis global que recoja los factores relevantes en los diferentes \u00e1mbitos de actuaci\u00f3n de las distintas \u00e1reas de gesti\u00f3n.   para ello utilizamos una doble metodolog\u00eda. En la primera parte, fundamentalmente te\u00f3rica, se ha utilizado el m\u00e9todo anal\u00edtico-sint\u00e9tico y en la segunda parte, el estudio emp\u00edrico, se ha utilizado el estudio de casos m\u00faltiple contempor\u00e1neo como metodolog\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n, con un enfoque cient\u00edfico esencialmente inductivo y, parcialmente, deductivo.  en el estudio de casos realizado en nuestro trabajo, investigamos los cambios experimentados en las diferentes \u00e1reas de gesti\u00f3n (direcci\u00f3n general, recursos humanos, financiera, comercial, y producci\u00f3n) de algunas empresas privatizadas espa\u00f1olas (endesa, iberia, indra y telef\u00f3nica), siguiendo un enfoque de an\u00e1lisis de corte longitudinal, esto es, estudio de cada caso antes y despu\u00e9s de una privatizaci\u00f3n. Es decir, analizamos la evoluci\u00f3n de la empresa, en aquellos aspectos que constituyen factores relevantes en el proceso, en sus diferentes etapas de titularidad p\u00fablica y
