{"id":66388,"date":"2018-03-09T22:54:43","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:54:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/quimica-supramolecular-de-sistemas-constituidos-por-fragmentos-metal-oxalato-y-nucleobases\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:54:43","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:54:43","slug":"quimica-supramolecular-de-sistemas-constituidos-por-fragmentos-metal-oxalato-y-nucleobases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/acidos-nucleicos\/quimica-supramolecular-de-sistemas-constituidos-por-fragmentos-metal-oxalato-y-nucleobases\/","title":{"rendered":"Quimica supramolecular de sistemas constituidos por fragmentos metal-oxalato y nucleobases"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Juan  Pablo Garcia Teran <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La qu\u00edmica de coordinaci\u00f3n de las nucleobases presenta un gran inter\u00e9s no solamente por su aplicabilidad en el campo de la ingenier\u00eda cristalina, sino tambi\u00e9n por la posibilidad de extrapolar la informaci\u00f3n obtenida acerca del comportamiento de estas bases a sistemas biol\u00f3gicos que las contengan. en esta memoria se recoge la s\u00edntesis y la caracterizaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y estructural de veinticuatro nuevos compuestos que est\u00e1n constituidos por un metal de la primera serie de transici\u00f3n (cu, co, zn o mn), el ligando oxalato, y una base p\u00farica (purina, adenina, 3-metiladenina, 9-metiladenina, 9-metilguanina) o pirimid\u00ednica (citosina) en forma neutra, ani\u00f3nica o cati\u00f3nica. La interacci\u00f3n de las nucleobases en forma neutra con los fragmentos metal-oxalato genera en la mayor\u00eda de los casos sistemas monodimensionales, mientras que su presencia en forma cati\u00f3nica da lugar a estructuras laminares en las que se alternan capas org\u00e1nicas e inorg\u00e1nicas. Los procesos de reconocimiento molecular que tienen lugar entre las nucleobases y los fragmentos metal-oxalato, y que en algunos casos han dado lugar a la estabilizaci\u00f3n de formas tautom\u00e9ricas no usuales, han sido analizados empleando herramientas de c\u00e1lculo computacional.  finalmente, el trabajo se ha completado mediante la caracterizaci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica de
