Durante los ciclos de pci y la isquemia posterior se realiz\u00f3 una medici\u00f3n directa y continua de la producci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico (no) en el tejido renal mediante un sensor electoqu\u00edmico. Se demuestra que la isquemia renal provoca una elevaci\u00f3n de niveles de no de forma exponencial en los primeros 30 minutos que luego se enlentece hasta la hora posterior. Durante la revascularizaci\u00f3n los niveles de no caen hasta volores normales. Uno o dos ciclos de pci de 15\/10minutos provocan una menor producci\u00f3n de no durante la hora de isquem ia posterior. Todas esas variaciones de niveles de no observadas durante el pci, no alteran los par\u00e1metros de funci\u00f3n renal, ni la histopatolog\u00eda de la lesi\u00f3n renal producida tras 24 horas de la
