performing\u00c2\u00a0any\u00c2\u00a0annotation\u00c2\u00a0task.\u00c2\u00a0this\u00c2\u00a0first\u00c2\u00a0experiments\u00c2\u00a0are\u00c2\u00a0useful\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0understand\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0parameters\u00c2\u00a0that\u00c2\u00a0affect\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0 the\u00c2\u00a0hidden\u00c2\u00a0information\u00c2\u00a0necessary\u00c2\u00a0for\u00c2\u00a0annotation\u00c2\u00a0tasks,\u00c2\u00a0so\u00c2\u00a0we\u00c2\u00a0devised\u00c2\u00a0a\u00c2\u00a0way\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0introduce\u00c2\u00a0it\u00c2\u00a0into\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0system\u00c2\u00a0in\u00c2\u00a0order\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0 deep\u00c2\u00a0experimental\u00c2\u00a0study\u00c2\u00a0of\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0proposed\u00c2\u00a0methods.\u00c2\u00a0 the\u00c2\u00a0experimental\u00c2\u00a0study\u00c2\u00a0of\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0proposed\u00c2\u00a0approach\u00c2\u00a0is\u00c2\u00a0performed\u00c2\u00a0in\u00c2\u00a0three\u00c2\u00a0different\u00c2\u00a0tasks:\u00c2\u00a0named\u00c2\u00a0entity\u00c2\u00a0recognition\u00c2\u00a0in\u00c2\u00a0 general\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0biomedical\u00c2\u00a0domain\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0chunking.\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0obtained\u00c2\u00a0results\u00c2\u00a0are\u00c2\u00a0promising\u00c2\u00a0in\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0two\u00c2\u00a0first\u00c2\u00a0tasks\u00c2\u00a0though\u00c2\u00a0not\u00c2\u00a0so\u00c2\u00a0 good\u00c2\u00a0for\u00c2\u00a0chunking.\u00c2\u00a0nevertheless,\u00c2\u00a0it\u00c2\u00a0is\u00c2\u00a0not\u00c2\u00a0easy\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0improve\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0obtained\u00c2\u00a0performance\u00c2\u00a0following\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0same\u00c2\u00a0approach,\u00c2\u00a0 since\u00c2\u00a0cssr\u00c2\u00a0needs\u00c2\u00a0quite\u00c2\u00a0reduced\u00c2\u00a0feature\u00c2\u00a0sets\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0build\u00c2\u00a0correct\u00c2\u00a0automaton\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0that\u00c2\u00a0limits\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0performance\u00c2\u00a0of\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0 models\u00c2\u00a0that\u00c2\u00a0can\u00c2\u00a0be\u00c2\u00a0used,\u00c2\u00a0but\u00c2\u00a0for\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0moment\u00c2\u00a0we\u00c2\u00a0propose\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0combine\u00c2\u00a0cssr\u00c2\u00a0algorithm\u00c2\u00a0with\u00c2\u00a0maximum\u00c2\u00a0entropy\u00c2\u00a0(me)\u00c2\u00a0 this\u00c2\u00a0line,\u00c2\u00a0we\u00c2\u00a0propose\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0test\u00c2\u00a0two\u00c2\u00a0methods\u00c2\u00a0for\u00c2\u00a0combining\u00c2\u00a0cssr\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0me\u00c2\u00a0models\u00c2\u00a0in\u00c2\u00a0order\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0improve\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0results\u00c2\u00a0
