Consta del trofoectodermo y la masa celular interna, que se diferenciar\u00e1 en epiblasto y endodermo primitivo. En este trabajo intentamos conocer qu\u00e9 mecanismos contribuyen a la especificaci\u00f3n de los dos primeros linajes, as\u00ed como el origen evolutivo de tal estructura. En primer lugar hicimos un estudio de trazado de linaje y estudiamos el mecanismo de regulaci\u00f3n de cdx2, el primer gen que se restringe al trofoectodermo. En segundo lugar, comparamos su expresi\u00f3n en el embri\u00f3n temprano del pollo con el blastocisto. Obtuvimos que los blast\u00f3meros tempranos pueden dar lugar a cualquier tejido en el blastocisto, as\u00ed que esta decisi\u00f3n debe tomarse posteriormente y localizamos un elemento regulador que restringe cdx2 al trofoectodermo. Por \u00faltimo, encontramos un patr\u00f3n de expresi\u00f3n de cdx2 en el pollo que se asemeja al del blastocisto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
