Adem\u00e1s de ser un soporte estructural para la c\u00e9lula, el citoesqueleto tambi\u00e9n es un andamio din\u00e1mico capaz de cambiar su forma, coordinar sus movimientos, ejercer fuerzas din\u00e1micas y sentir la matriz extracelular. En esta tesis se ha estudiado la contribuci\u00f3n de los procesos t\u00e9rmicamente activados a la din\u00e1mica del citoesqueleto. en el primer cap\u00edtulo, se introduce el citoesqueleto celular, su estructura, sus principales propiedades, las t\u00e9cnicas aplicadas para explorario y los modelos matem\u00e1ticos usados para explicar su comportamiento. El segundo cap\u00edtulo recoge los objetivos de esta tesis. Los cap\u00edtulos tercero y cuarto muestran las t\u00e9cnicas implementadas en esta tesis para estudiar la din\u00e1mica del citoesqueleto. En el cap\u00edtulo quinto se estudia la contribuci\u00f3n de los procesos activados a la remodelaci\u00f3n del citoesqueleto. El cap\u00edtulo sexto estudia la relaci\u00f3n entre la remodelaci\u00f3n del citoesqueleto y la reolog\u00eda celular.
