{"id":66637,"date":"2018-03-09T22:55:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/inclusion-de-aines-en-distintas-matrices-inorganicas-estudios-de-solubilidad-y-liberacion\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:55:00","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:55:00","slug":"inclusion-de-aines-en-distintas-matrices-inorganicas-estudios-de-solubilidad-y-liberacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/analisis-de-farmacos\/inclusion-de-aines-en-distintas-matrices-inorganicas-estudios-de-solubilidad-y-liberacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Inclusi\u00f3n de aines en distintas matrices inorg\u00e1nicas. estudios de solubilidad y liberaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Alicia Fern\u00e1ndez D\u00edez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han incorporado diversos aines (acido mefen\u00e1mico y meclofen\u00e1mico, naproxeno y fenbufen) en distintas matrices inorg\u00e1nicas: hidroxidos dobles laminares (ldhs de mgal y de mgalfe), s\u00edlice mesoporosa ordenada (mcm-41) y silicato c\u00e1lcico para evaluar su posible aplicaci\u00f3n como nuevas formulaciones farmac\u00e9uticas de liberaci\u00f3n modificada.  la s\u00edntesis de los distintos sistemas matriz-aines preparados se ha realizado utilizando distintas condiciones de temperatura, composici\u00f3n del medio de disoluci\u00f3n y tiempo de contacto para establecer las mejores condiciones de s\u00edntesis. En algunos casos los sistemas matriz-aines han sido recubiertos con un pol\u00edmero y estudiado su influencia en la liberaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco. todos los s\u00f3lidos obtenidos han sido caracterizados mediante diferentes t\u00e9cnicas experimentales: espectroscopia ft-ir, an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9rmico diferencial y gravim\u00e9trico, difracci\u00f3n de rayos x, microscopia electr\u00f3nica de barrido y de transmisi\u00f3n, adsorci\u00f3n de n2 a -196\u00c2\u00bac, etc.; Para conocer la cantidad de f\u00e1rmaco intercalada en cada caso y el tipo de interacci\u00f3n que se establece entre la matriz y el f\u00e1rmaco se ha evaluado el perfil f\u00e1rmaco-cin\u00e9tico de los aines intercalados en las diferentes matrices: ldhs de mgal y de mgalfe, mcm-41 y silicato c\u00e1lcico siguiendo las especificaciones descritas en la usp30-nf25 (united states pharmacopeia) y en la bp (british pharmacopeia) para cada uno de los f\u00e1rmacos. Se han llevado a cabo estudios de disoluci\u00f3n de los f\u00e1rmacos para valorar la influencia que la intercalaci\u00f3n en las distintas matrices ejerce en la velocidad de disoluci\u00f3n \u00abin
