Se estudi\u00f3 la adsorci\u00f3n de fibrin\u00f3geno debido a que la adsorci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas es el primer evento post implante y modular\u00e1 respuestas celulares. Y la adhesi\u00f3n de osteoblastor a estos biomateriales. Estos estudios se realizaron por microscopio de fuerza at\u00f3mica, por microscopio electr\u00f3nico de barrido y por un nuevo sistema de cuantificaci\u00f3n de la adhesi\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas y c\u00e9lulas a materiales llamados qcm-d. Se estudi\u00f3 la rugosidad mediante microscop\u00eda de fuerza at\u00f3mica de mencionados materiales a nivel nanom\u00e9trico y su influencia en la adhesi\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas y prote\u00ednas. Se comprobaron las caracter\u00edsticas ultraestructurales de los osteoblastor adheridos a las superficies estudiadas mediante microscopio electr\u00f3nico de barrido. conclusiones: -los 3 biomateriales utilizados han demostrado la capacidad de adsorci\u00f3n de fibrin\u00f3geno in vitro. Estando \u00e9ste relacionada con caracter\u00edsticas nanotopogr\u00e1ficas, composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, hidrofobicidad de las mismas, as\u00ed como de la concentraci\u00f3n de fibrin\u00f3geno. -mayor adsorci\u00f3n de fibrin\u00f3geno al ta y la menos a la ha, lo que implica mayor hemocompatibilidad del mismo. -los 3 biomateriales empleados mostraron una alta capacidad para la adhesi\u00f3n de osteoblastor, y sin que se altere la forma, ni las caracter\u00edsticas ultra estructurales de los mismos. -el sistema qcm-d ha demostrado en nuestros estudio su utilidad para la realizaci\u00f3n de una cuantificaci\u00f3n nanom\u00e9trica en tiempo real. -en nuestro estudio la mayor adhesi\u00f3n de osteoblastor ocurri\u00f3 en la superficie de ha. -la mayor firmeza en la uni\u00f3n de los osteoblastor la apreciamos en la superficie de ti con un menor aumento de ad. -la rugosidad y la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de la superficie influyen en la capacidad de adhesi\u00f3n de
