El contenido de la misma se ha dividido del siguiente modo: &#8211; en los cap\u00edtulos 1 y 2 se aborda la problem\u00e1tica en la s\u00edntesis de este tipo de compuestos y se plantean dos estrategias diferentes para mejorar la reacci\u00f3n de macrociclaci\u00f3n. &#8211; en el cap\u00edtulo 3 se estudia la aplicaci\u00f3n de los macrociclos sintetizados como receptores de dip\u00e9ptidos.  &#8211; en el cap\u00edtulo 4 se estudian las propiedades de autoasociaci\u00f3n de estos macrociclos pseudopept\u00eddicos para dar lugar a sistemas
