Esta circunstancia motiva el estudio de tecnolog\u00edas similares, tanto de c\u00e9lula solar como de diodos emisores de luz (leds), permitiendo hacer predicciones te\u00f3ricas sobre la fiabilidad de estas c\u00e9lulas. Por \u00faltimo, esta parte se centra en la falta de est\u00e1ndares que contemplen c\u00e9lulas solares de semiconductores iii-v sin encapsular, haciendo una propuesta de ensayo de aceptaci\u00f3n para la tecnolog\u00eda de fabricaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas solares y los criterios de aceptaci\u00f3n de un lote de producci\u00f3n. la segunda parte de la tesis se centra en el desarrollo experimental. Se describen los ensayos en tiempo real, con el montaje de un panel en un seguidor dedicado expresamente para ello, el modelo te\u00f3rico que se ha empleado para determinar su fiabilidad y el an\u00e1lisis de fallos que ha permitido conocer las causas que han llevado al deterioro de su funcionamiemnto. Los ensayos acelerados son imprescindibles en un dispositivo que, como \u00e9ste, pretende estar en servicio unos 25 a\u00f1os. El estudio va desde los ensayos previos, que han permitido tener conciencia de las dificultades y limitaciones de este tipo de pruebas, hasta los ensayos finales que han permitido hacer predicciones
