Los limites de deteccion y determinacion calculados por las normas de la iupac, para el primer metodo son 0.01 ng\/ml y 0.1 ng\/ml de cd, respectivamente y para el segundo 0.1 ng\/ml y 0.5 ng\/ml. Ambos metodos son muy selectivos. Se estudia la aplicabilidad de los mismos al analisis de numerosas muestras biologicas, obteniendose resultados satisfactorios. La determinacion del contenido de cadmio en muestras de orina humana empleando la tecnica de absorcion atomica sirve de base para estudiar la influencia que sobre el ejerce el tabaco, a traves del estudio estadistico de los datos obtenidos, en el que tambien se tiene en cuenta las variables sexo y edad, concluyendose que: a) existen diferencias significativas entre las medias de los grupos fumadores y no fumadores y entre los grupos de edad considerados.  b) no existen diferencias significativas entre las medias de los dos grupos segun sexo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
