De esta forma, se consiguen esquemas de protecci\u00f3n de gran seguridad  y capaces de hacer frente a contingencias no previstas, superando las principales limitaciones de las soluciones actuales.  Para ello se desarrollan nuevos m\u00e9todos  de detecci\u00f3n de inestabilidad de tensi\u00f3n, \u00e1ngulo y frecuencia.    esta nueva metodolog\u00eda se ha validado para los grandes incidentes de los a\u00f1os 2003 y del a\u00f1o 2006 en la red ucte, as\u00ed como sobre casos  del  sistema el\u00e9ctrico espa\u00f1ol, en base a simulaci\u00f3n y para incidentes  reales de inestabilidad por colapso r\u00e1pido de tensi\u00f3n.  las soluciones apartadas por la tesis suponen un avance  significativo en la protecci\u00f3n de la integridad de los sistemas el\u00e9ctricos interconectados a nivel continental, capaces de soportar los grandes flujos de energ\u00eda entre \u00e1reas derivados  de la conexi\u00f3n de nuevas fuentes de energ\u00eda renovable y del mercado liberalizado de la
