Dichos sensores se basan en el empleo de una fase s\u00f3lida activa colocada en el interior de una c\u00e9lula de flujo ubicada en la zona de detecci\u00f3n, implementada con un sistema autom\u00e1tico de flujo (tanto fia como sia) con detecci\u00f3n luminiscente. Las caracter\u00edsticas anal\u00edticas m\u00e1s destacadas de estos sistemas son el incremento tanto en la sensibilidad y selectividad al utilizar un soporte s\u00f3lido, como el bajo consumo de muestra y reactivos, rapidez, sencillez y bajo costo, caracter\u00edsticas propias de las metodolog\u00edas autom\u00e1ticas. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es introducir nuevas estrategias en el desarrollo de dichos sensores, as\u00ed como la aplicaci\u00f3n de los sensores desarollados a muestras de inter\u00e9s
