Por comparacion de los resultados obtenidos mediante la cromatografia de gases con la de liquidos. Se ha ampliado el campo de aplicacion de la hplc sobre una columna c18, usando compuestos formadores de pares ionicos en la fase movil, demostrandose la utilidad de surfactantes quirales, las sales biliares, como nuevos reactivos formadores de pares ionicos en la fase movil.  se ha puesto de manifiesto la utilidad de modelos matematicos multifactoriales y la diferenciacion matematica de se\u00f1ales.  se han utilizado diversos tipos de detectores segun el tipo de cromatografia y las propiedades de los solutos, demostrandose ademas la posibilidad de detectar enantiomeros en base a la
