Permite la perfecta localizaci\u00f3n de la perforante dominante para poder conseguir la mejor vascularizaci\u00f3n del tejido que va a transferirse quir\u00fargicamente. Ha contribuido significativamente a la optimizaci\u00f3n de este tipo de cirug\u00eda, reduciendo el tiempo operatorio y el riesgo de complicaciones.
