{"id":67024,"date":"2018-03-09T22:55:22","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:55:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/el-mundo-objetivo-del-docente-de-educacion-primaria-y-secundaria\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:55:22","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:55:22","slug":"el-mundo-objetivo-del-docente-de-educacion-primaria-y-secundaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sociologia-de-la-educacion\/el-mundo-objetivo-del-docente-de-educacion-primaria-y-secundaria\/","title":{"rendered":"El mundo objetivo del docente de educaci\u00f3n primaria y secundaria"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mart\u00edn S\u00e1nchez Franco <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Entendemos como mundo objetivo el de los conceptos propios de un grupo social (en este caso de los docentes) que resultan de las interacciones mutuas que se producen. nuestras hip\u00f3tesis principales son que estos conceptos (relativos a opiniones, actitudes, sentimientos, vivencias de los docentes) y las diferentes condiciones sociales (niveles de docencia, de titulaci\u00f3n, edad, g\u00e9neros, etc.) Constituyen una estructura en la que los mismos se jerarquizan y relacionan; que el estructurante fundamental de todos es la satisfacci\u00f3n profesional; que \u00e9sta es mensurable, en el sentido de que el principio de la disonancia cognitiva no impide niveles satisfactoriamete diferenciales. hemos hecho estudios estad\u00edsticos univariables, bivariables y multivariables. resulta efectivamente que la satisfacci\u00f3n profesional, adem\u00e1s de mostrar su mensurabilidad, se constituye como el estructurante fundamental. Tenemos opiniones, sentimientos y actitudes docentes que se vinculan a la satisfacci\u00f3n positivamente, pero tambi\u00e9n los hay que lo hacen negativamente. Los conceptos que m\u00e1s fuerte y positivamente se vinculan a la satisfacci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como las condiciones sociales que lo hacen m\u00e1s negativamente, estructuran prioritariamente el primer componente del an\u00e1lisis factorial, aunque tambi\u00e9n los hay que, en uno o en otro sentido, destacan en otros componentes. se producen diferentes niveles de influencia mutua entre los conceptos que estudiamos igualmente se ponen de manifiesto diferencias significativas seg\u00fan las condiciones sociales de los docentes. los conceptos m\u00e1s vinculados a la satisfacci\u00f3n son precisamente los que, en el estudio univariable de los mismos, nos muestran de manera m\u00e1s clara la dureza del ejercicio docente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
