El grupo tratado con acetato de trenbolana (tr) estuvo formado por 8 cerdas minipig, tratadas con implantes subcut\u00e1neos de 140 mgrs. De acetato de trenbolona. El grupo tratado acetato de trenbolona y estradiol (tr-es) estuvo formado por 8 cerdas minipig tratada con implantes subcut\u00e1neos de 140 mgrs de acetato de tronbolona m\u00e1s 14 mgrs. De estradiol. de los resultados destaca en primer lugar una alteraci\u00f3n de la fracci\u00f3n de volumen folicular en los grupos tratados, y sobre todo una variaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros estereol\u00f3gicos y morfom\u00e9tricos de las c\u00e9lulas foliculares y lute\u00ednicas de los grupos tr y tr-es en relaci\u00f3n con el control. Se evidenci\u00f3 una modificaci\u00f3n significativa de la maduraci\u00f3n folicular, se\u00f1alada por un incremento en la duraci\u00f3n de los ciclos ov\u00e1ricos, con bloqueo de la maduraci\u00f3n folicular y un significativo incremento en la presencia de fol\u00edculos qu\u00edsticos. La incorporaci\u00f3n del estradiol al tratamiento supuso una cierta recuperaci\u00f3n de los procesos de maduraci\u00f3n folicular, pero se mantuvo un significativo incremento de las im\u00e1genes de degeneraci\u00f3n y muerte celular. los resultados obtenidos, y sobre todo la leve afectaci\u00f3n de los fol\u00edculos primordiales, sugieren que la alteraci\u00f3n del ciclo ov\u00e1rico y del
