Se ha considerado asimismo la aplicacion de la cromatografia liquida al analisis de determinadas formulaciones cuya complejidad inherente hace imposible su estudio por espectrofotometria de derivadas. Se ha puesto a punto un procedimiento para la determinacion de componentes activos en formulaciones de pesticidas que muestren un solopamiento considerable. La utilizacion conjunta de la cromatrografia liquida y la espectrofotometria de derivadas permite la obtencion de los espectros en segunda derivada de los componentes a tiempo de retencion maximospara cada uno de ellos en el pico cromatografico solapado. Por otra parte, la asociacion cuadruple cromatografia liquida\/deteccion de diodos en fila\/espectrofotometria de derivadas\/regresion pls permite desarrollar ampliamente la aplicabilidad analitica de las tecnicas a mezclas de pesticidas cuyos disolventes inertes imposibilitan la resolucion adecuada de las formulaciones. El procedimiento propuesto hace posible la facil transformacion de un problema cromatografico en un problema espectrofotometrico, economizando tiempo y reactivos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
