As\u00ed, en el campo de las aplicaciones biom\u00e9dicas, el inter\u00e9s en las t\u00e9cnicas en fotopolimerizaci\u00f3n reside en la sencillez de la metodolog\u00eda y la posibilidad de llevar a cabo la polimerizaci\u00f3n tanto in vivo como ex vivo, que respectivamente permiten la producci\u00f3n e implantaci\u00f3n mediante una cirug\u00eda m\u00ednimamente invasiva, y la fabricaci\u00f3n de matrices polim\u00e9ricas con formas complejas. Un gran desaf\u00edo de la ingenier\u00eda de tejidos de la v\u00e1lvula cardiaca ha sido la recreaci\u00f3n de un ambiente similar a la ecm en su composici\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n y estructura de modo que la v\u00e1lvula pueda funcionar como una v\u00e1lvula viva con la capacidad de repararse continuamente y crecer. Por lo tanto, en este trabajo se han estudiado las cin\u00e9ticas de fotopolimerizaci\u00f3n y las propiedades de materiales entrecruzados con pol\u00edmeros hiperramificados (hbps), as\u00ed como la modificaci\u00f3n de hidrogeles de poli(etilenglicol) mediante la incorporaci\u00f3n de una mol\u00e9cula bioactiva (heparina) enlazada covalentemente a la red entrecruzada para el an\u00e1lisis de la adhesi\u00f3n y diferenciaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas intersticiales cardiacas (vics), importantes para la regeneraci\u00f3n valvular.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
