La tecnolog\u00eda fotovoltaica es una de las fuentes de gd y, actualmente, la mayor parte de las instalaciones fotovoltaicas instaladas son sistemas fotovoltaicos conectados a la red (sfcrs). En el entorno urbano, la principal actuaci\u00f3n es la integraci\u00f3n de sistemas fotovoltaicos en edificios, de peque\u00f1a y mediana potencia, mientras que, en el entorno suburbano y rural, proliferan las centrales fotovoltaicas de gran potencia. Las compa\u00f1\u00edas el\u00e9ctricas tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de proporcionar acceso a los productores de electricidad fotovoltaica en cualquier punto de sus redes de distribuci\u00f3n. Para controlar los impactos t\u00e9cnicos y econ\u00f3micos que estos sistemas pueden ocasionar, existe una normativa de \u00e1mbito internacional, nacional e incluso local, que establece unas normas muy estrictas actualmente, la potencia pico instalada en el mundo en sfcrs ha crecido considerablemente pudiendo ocasionar un elevado impacto sobre sus par\u00e1metros t\u00e9cnicos as\u00ed como un incremento de costes cuando se ubican en localizaciones no \u00f3ptimas. En este sentido, se ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda para conocer la localizaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima exacta y el dimensionado de sfcrs en redes el\u00e9ctricas de distribuci\u00f3n que proporcione el mejor impacto global sobre la red bajo criterios t\u00e9cnicos y econ\u00f3micos, entre todos los candidatos potenciales de sfcrs. el estudio se extiende a redes de distribuci\u00f3n representativas -urbanas y rurales- localizadas en diferentes latitudes (una latitud t\u00edpica del sur de espa\u00f1a y otra del norte de europa). Las variables cr\u00edticas detectadas est\u00e1n relacionadas con caracter\u00edsticas de dise\u00f1o y funcionamiento de la red, adem\u00e1s de las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas del emplazamiento
