Dichas gtpasas median en numerosos procesos biol\u00f3gicos de vital importancia para la c\u00e9lula como pueden ser la proliferaci\u00f3n, diferenciaci\u00f3n o la movilidad celular.   los objetivos desarrollados en este trabajo han sido: 1) dilucidar la presencia f\u00edsica y funcionalidad bioqu\u00edmica sobre h-ras y tc21 de ras-grf1 y ras-grf2 en los distintos microdominios de membrana plasm\u00e1tica y endomembranas; 2) estudiar el papel de los distintos dominios de ras-grf1 y ras-grf2 en la regulaci\u00f3n de su actividad sobre tc21; y 3) estudiar la posible interacci\u00f3n entre cdc42 y ras-grf y las consecuencias en la actividad bioqu\u00edmica de ambas prote\u00ednas resultantes de dicha interacci\u00f3n.  la base experimental desarrollada en este trabajo ha permitido obtener las siguientes concluiones: 1) ras-grf1y ras-grf2 se asocian a los dominios subcelulares de balsas lip\u00eddicas, membrana desordenada, caveolas y ret\u00edculo endoplasm\u00e1tico,donde pueden catalizan la activaci\u00f3n de h-ras y tc21;2) los dominios ph1 y dh regulan la actividad de ras-grf1 sobre tc21; 3) el acceso a la fracci\u00f3n particulada de ras-grf1 y ras-grf2 no se corresponde con su actividad sobre h-ras y tc21; es probable que dicha actividad dependa de su     localizaci\u00f3n en las proximidades de las distintas mebranas celulares; 4) ras-grf1 y ras-grf2 son capaces de interaccionar con cdc42 inactivo a trav\u00e9s de sus motivos dh-ph; dicha interaci\u00f3n regula su actividad catal\u00edtica sobre h-ras y tc21, probablemente inhibiendo su acceso a dichas gtpasas en las distintas plataformas de membrana; y 5) ras-grf compite con gefs de la familia rho por la interacci\u00f3n con cdc42, regulando su
