Aunque la labor pionera corresponda a especialistas galos (g. Gougenehim et al., 1956, 1964), es la investigaci\u00f3n hisp\u00e1nica la que m\u00e1s y mejor provecho ha sabido extraer del estudio de la disponibilidad l\u00e9xica.           la disponibilidad l\u00e9xica en las comunidades de habla alicantinas es nuestra modesta aportaci\u00f3n al magno proyecto interhisp\u00e1nico de estudio coordinado de disponibilidad l\u00e9xica, dirigido y coordinado por h. L\u00f3pez morales, que pretende establecer la norma l\u00e9xica disponible com\u00fan panhisp\u00e1nica.           en concreto, nuestro estudio pretende analizar el l\u00e9xico disponible en la variedad castellana est\u00e1ndar de un sociolecto espec\u00edfico (alumnos preuniversitarios) en el marco geogr\u00e1fico integrado por las cuatro comunidades de habla alicantinas, a saber:   1. La marina (alta y baixa), el comtat y el alcoi\u00ed\u00a0;  2. El alacant\u00ed-el vinalop\u00f3;  3. El bajo segura, excepto guardamar y barba-roja, y 4. El alto vinalop\u00f3 (villena y sax).             al prop\u00f3sito inicial de este estudio se suman otros dos objetivos estrictamente socioling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edsticos: en primer lugar, reflejar la estratificaci\u00f3n social de las comunidades de habla alicantinas, a partir de la covariaci\u00f3n de la variable l\u00e9xica disponible con diversos factores ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edsticos y sociales y, en segundo lugar, analizar las transferencias l\u00e9xicas detectadas en las comunidades de habla alicantinas, desde los aportes del multiling\u00ed\u00bcismo
