En segundo lugar se valoran el impacto que tienen las diferentes iniciativas llevadas a cabo por los gobiernos regionals, as\u00ed como las caracter\u00edsticas que tienen las pol\u00edticas m\u00e1s exitosas.  en tercer lugar, se realiza un an\u00e1lisis del proceso de adopci\u00f3n de internet y de servicios p\u00fablicos electr\u00f3nicos (e-gobierno). Se demuestra c\u00f3mo ambos procesos presentan diferencias tanto en la dimensi\u00f3n temporal como en las caracter\u00edsticas de la oferta y la demanda de servicios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
