Como excipiente base se utiliz\u00f3 celulosa microfina. El trabajo se estructur\u00f3 en las siguientes etapas: a) preparaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de pelets matriciales incorporando proporciones elevadas de pol\u00edmeros o mezclas de pol\u00edmeros hidrof\u00edlicos de funcionalidad reconocida en el \u00e1mbito de las formas s\u00f3lidas de liberaci\u00f3n controlada. b) puesta a punto de  procedimientos de reticulaci\u00f3n interna de pelets matriciales susceptibles de ser aplicado en el transcurso de su proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n, que conduzca a la formaci\u00f3n de uniones covalentes entre cadenas de \u00e9teres de celulosa. c) desarrollo de procedimientos que permitan formar pel\u00edculas a medida sobre la superficie de pelets, fotopolimerizando o fotorreticulando in situ mon\u00f3meros seleccionados buscando
