Se ha demostrado que bifc puede ser aplicado al estudio de interacciones d\u00e9biles. Adem\u00e1s se ha establecido una relaci\u00f3n entre la fluorescencia emitira y la fuerza de la interacci\u00f3n posibilitando la aplicaci\u00f3n de bifc en el screening de ligandos con una mayor afinidad. Bifc se ha acoplado a la citometr\u00eda de flujo abriendo la posibilidad de realizar high-troughput screenings. Tambi\u00e9n se ha demostrado el uso de bifc en la detecci\u00f3n de la inhibici\u00f3n de interacciones proteicas.  concretamente en el caso de la inhibici\u00f3n de la chaperona dnak por parte del p\u00e9ptido pyrrhocoricin que tiene una actividad antibactericida. &#8211; en la segunda parte se han aplicado prote\u00ednas fluorescentes y enzim\u00e1ticas para el estudio de la agregaci\u00f3n proteica en c\u00e9lulas eucariotas y procariotas. en la primera secci\u00f3n, se ha demostrado la formaci\u00f3n de estructuras amiloides durante la formaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas recombinantes en escherichia coli. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que hay un mecanismo conservado del proceso de agregaci\u00f3n proteica entre organismos eucariotas y procariotas. en la segunda secci\u00f3n se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo para la detecci\u00f3n de la agregaci\u00f3n proteica en levadura. Este m\u00e9todo tiene como se\u00f1al la supervivencia de levadura: si la prote\u00edna agrega, la levadura muere.
