Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se estudia el comportamiento frente a distintas condiciones salinas, de dos especies, girasol y judia, con diferente tolerancia a la salinidad. En estas especies se estudian los flujos de k+ y na+, su contenido dentro de la planta y su transporte a nivel de absorcion.  los resultados de estos estudios demostraron que la planta de judia (cv kora), es mas sensible a la salinidad que el girasol (cv sun-gro 380) y que esta sensibilidad depende de la concentracion de k+ en la solucion nutritiva. Ademas, la judia en general no regula adecuadamente el contenido de k+ en presencia de na+ externo y posee una baja capacidad de discriminacion k+\/na+. A su vez, estas plantas de judia ayunadas en k+ presentaron cineticas de absorcion de rb+ (analogo del k+) con muy poca afinidad y velocidad de absorcion.
