Para la materializaci\u00f3n de este an\u00e1lisis, se utilizar\u00e1 como referencia fundamental el fen\u00f3meno del software libre y de c\u00f3digo abierto, sector del mundo digital que ha marcado el camino a otros campos, mostrando cu\u00e1l puede ser el devenir de la creaci\u00f3n, producci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n del conocimiento en el futuro; del mismo modo que se avanzan modelos capaces de subvertir ciertos modelos t\u00edpicos del modelo capitalista, verdaderos responsables de las actuales f\u00f3rmulas restrictivas y antidemocr\u00e1ticas de gestionar el conocimiento. Esto nos sit\u00faa plenamente en la hip\u00f3tesis central de este trabajo: comprobar si la idea de copyleft, nacida en el entorno del software libre, es aplicable a las artes visuales y si se constituye como un paradigma viable para la transformaci\u00f3n del sistema del arte. Se trata de verificar si la creaci\u00f3n audiovisual es sensible a otras maneras de entender la libre circulaci\u00f3n del conocimiento.  en resumen, verificar si las cuestiones puestas encima de la mesa por el nuevo contexto digital pueden ser asumibles en el mundo del arte contempor\u00e1neo del modo en el que el software y el movimiento por la cultura libre nos est\u00e1n avanzando. \u00c2\u00bfseguir\u00e1n las artes visuales los caminos dise\u00f1ados desde los laboratorios de la industria y el mercado o ser\u00e1 permeable a la imparable revoluci\u00f3n surgida del mundo del
