Espec\u00edficamente, la ingenier\u00eda de tejido \u00f3seo ha estado a la vanguardia. La combinaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas osteobl\u00e1sticas o en su defecto c\u00e9lulas capaces de diferenciarse en tejido \u00f3seo, unido a la presencia de mol\u00e9culas bioactivas y materiales tridimensionales \u00abscaffolds\u00bb hacen de \u00e9sta t\u00e9cnica una realidad en la regeneraci\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n del hueso. Es por ello que el gran reto de \u00e9ste trabajo ha sido el desarrollo de nuevos materiales basados en cadenas polim\u00e9ricas de poli\u00e9steres que puedan ser \u00fatiles en \u00e9sta aplicaci\u00f3n. La incorporaci\u00f3n de unidades hidr\u00f3filas en sus estructuras nos ha permitido disminuir el car\u00e1cter hidr\u00f3fobo y la alta cristalinidad de estos materiales permitiendo incluir en la lista de sus propiedades (biocompatibilidad, buenas propiedades mec\u00e1nicas, etc.) La capacidad de absorber agua de forma controlada, sin perder la buena adhesi\u00f3n celular que presentan, aumentar su velocidad de degradaci\u00f3n y que como objetivo final pudieran ser utilizados en ingenier\u00eda tisular. En este sentido, se sintetizaron y caracterizaron los copol\u00edmeros de caprolactona 2-(metacriloiloxi) etil ester (clma) con acrilato de 2-hidroxietilo (hea) en diferentes proporciones con el objetivo de obtener materiales con hidrofilicidad controlada. Se prepararon scaffolds de estructura de poros interconectados y se realizaron cultivos de c\u00e9lulas mesenquimales provenientes de m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea de cabras, diferenciadas a tejido \u00f3seo, con resultados satisfactorios.  debido a que las unidades de  -caprolactona en el material descrito no formaban parte de la cadena principal de los copol\u00edmeros, sintetizamos nuevos materiales con \u00e9stas caracter\u00edsticas. Se obtuvieron dos macr\u00f3meros a base de  -caprolactona (mcl) y l-l\u00e1ctido (mla), haciendo reaccionar la poli( -caprolact<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
