Las arquitecturas propuestas son estructuras de procesamiento pipeline-paralelas con alta eficiencia en su data_path y una administraci\u00f3n optima de la memoria. Utilizando el algoritmo full-search block matching, los dise\u00f1os cumplen los requerimientos de tama\u00f1o de bloque variable y resoluci\u00f3n de \u00c2\u00bf de p\u00edxel del est\u00e1ndar con m\u00e1xima calidad. Los estimadores de movimiento combinan las caracter\u00edsticas de las arquitecturas consideradas en el estado del arte junto con la aplicaci\u00f3n de nuevos esquemas y algoritmos hardware, en el proceso de codificaci\u00f3n del componente luma de la se\u00f1al de video. Dise\u00f1adas como coprocesadores de aceleraci\u00f3n hardware para procesadores de 32 bits, las arquitecturas que se presentan han sido simuladas y sintetizadas para fpga virtex-4 de xilinx,
