Esta bacteria utiliza el sistema de dos componentes phop-phoq para controlar la proliferaci\u00f3n intracelular en el interior de fibroblastos. En este trabajo hemos examinado la respuesta de fibroblastos a la infecci\u00f3n por salmonella mediante an\u00e1lisis de transcript\u00f3mica, tanto de la estirpe silvestre como del mutante phop. Los resultados indican que la mayor\u00eda de los genes diferencialmente inducidos est\u00e1n relacionados con respuesta inmune innata, tales como aquellos que codifican citoquinas. Adem\u00e1s, hemos analizado  los cambios en los niveles de expresi\u00f3n del genoma de salmonella durante la infecci\u00f3n de fibroblastos. Mediante este estudio hemos identificado un grupo de 138 genes que se expresan diferencialmente \u00fanicamente en la estirpe silvestre intracelular, la mayor\u00eda de ellos de funci\u00f3n
