En esta tesis doctoral, mediante la complementaci\u00f3n bimolecular fluorescente, se ha conseguido visualizar el heterod\u00edmero mg[u5\/d2r en c\u00e9lulas vivas. Adem\u00e1s la combinaci\u00f3n de la complementaci\u00f3n bimolecular fluorescente y la transferencia de energ\u00eda bioluminiscente nos permiti\u00f3 detectar la presencia de olig\u00f3meros de m\u00e1s de dos prot\u00f3meros (e.G. Mgiu5\/d2r\/a2ar). Tambi\u00e9n, usando la nueva t\u00e9cnica de transferencia de energ\u00eda secuencial pudimos corroborar la existencia de los olig\u00f3meros de los receptores de glutamato-dopamina-adenos\u00edna en c\u00e9lulas vivas. Estos resultados nos muestran nuevos datos en la composici\u00f3n de los olig\u00f3meros de receptores acoplados a prote\u00edna g. Adem\u00e1s, en esta tesis, se ha demostrado como la interacci\u00f3n entre uno de los receptores, el mglu5r y una prote\u00edna de uni\u00f3n a actina, la alfa-actinina-1. Esta interacci\u00f3n facilita la expresi\u00f3n en membrana del receptor y favorece su transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
