En la primera, hemos considerado la din\u00e1mica de aniquilaci\u00f3n de defectos de cargas  opuestas en laminas de langmuir, obteniendo asi informaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros termodin\u00e1micos, en este caso, de las constantes el\u00e1sticas del material midiendo las velocidades de los defectos. En la segunda parte, hemos considerado la cooperatividad de motores moleculares interactuando d\u00e9bilmente. Hemos demostrado que la cooperatividad de motores es mas efectiva, y en el caso de motores atractivos, la relaci\u00f3n de la velocidad en funci\u00f3n de la fuerza aplicada no es mon\u00f3tona, mostrando un incremento de la velocidad con la fuerza. En esta parte hemos utilizado una descripci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y simulaciones para entender los fen\u00f3menos de coperatividad. Finalmente, en la tercera parte, hemos considerado la interacci\u00f3n de la membrana celular con el c\u00f3rtex. Primeramente, hemos propuesto un modelo basado en energ\u00eda y un modelo basado en la din\u00e1mica de los enlaces entre el c\u00f3rtex y la membrana, para obtener informaci\u00f3n sobre la adhesi\u00f3n. En particular, hemos demostrado que la adhesi\u00f3n no es un par\u00e1metro absoluto, sino que depende del estado de pre-estres de la c\u00e9lula.
