En la primera se realiza un estudio de biogeograf\u00eda de la bacteria marina de vida libre alteromonas macleodii mediante el uso de la t\u00e9cnica (multilocus sequence an\u00e1lisis) o mlsa. Se usan un conjunto de nueve marcadores gen\u00e9ticos con la finalidad de distinguir entre 23 aislados de la bacteria, pudi\u00e9ndolos diferenciar entre tres ecotipos: ecotipo de superficie, ecotipo del mar negro y ecotipo de profundidad. la segunda parte consiste en un estudio de gen\u00f3mica en el que se describe el genoma de altde, aislado a 1000 m de profundidad en el mediterr\u00e1neo y el genoma de atcc 27126 aislada en aguas superficiales. Ambos genomas se comparan entre si y con la base de datos gos (global ocean sampling).
