Las t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas para el reprocesado han sido la inyecci\u00f3n y la extrusi\u00f3n ya que son las m\u00e1s utilizadas en el procesado de termopl\u00e1sticos, realiz\u00e1ndose con cada una de ellas hasta diez ciclos de reprocesado. el reciclado mec\u00e1nico de un pl\u00e1stico no solo implica el problema de la degradaci\u00f3n durante el reprocesado sino que, obviamente, el material ya ha sufrido un detrimento de sus propiedades durante su ciclo de vida. Uno de los factores que m\u00e1s efecto degradativo produce sobre los pl\u00e1sticos es la luz solar y, especialmente, la luz ultravioleta (uv). Por lo tanto, para poder estudiar este efecto se ha sometido a los termopl\u00e1sticos a un envejecimiento acelerado mediante exposici\u00f3n en c\u00e1maras que simulan la luz uv. El estudio realizado ha consistido en determinar c\u00f3mo var\u00edan las propiedades t\u00e9rmicas y mec\u00e1nicas cuando el material es reprocesado, envejecido, y cuando se combinan ambos efectos degradativos. en cuanto a las propiedades t\u00e9rmicas (temperatura de transici\u00f3n v\u00edtrea y estabilidad t\u00e9rmica) se ha observado que, en el caso del policarbonato, disminuyen con los ciclos de reprocesado, sin embargo para el pol\u00edmero envejecido la temperatura de transici\u00f3n v\u00edtrea permanece constante, mientras que la estabilidad t\u00e9rmica disminuye. En el caso del abs ambas propiedades se mantienen invariables para los dos efectos degradativos. En el caso de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas analizadas, resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n y al impacto, se ha comprobado que en el policarbonato ambas disminuyen con los ciclos de reprocesado mientras que en el abs \u00fanicamente lo hace ligeramente la resistencia al impacto. El envejecimiento acelerado origina una disminuci\u00f3n de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas del policarbonato en el caso de que \u00e9ste haya sido previamente reprocesado, mientras que en el abs esta disminuci\u00f3n ocurre en todos los casos. La conclusi\u00f3n mas significativa del trabajo llevado a cabo es que el reprocesado puede ser una alternativa para el reciclado de policarbonato y del terpol\u00edmero abs. laburpena tesi honetan gehien erabiltzen diren bi polimero teknikoen (bisfenol a polikarbonatoa (pc) eta akrilonitrilo-butadieno-estireno terpolimero (abs)), birprozesatze prozesuaren bideragarritasuna aztertu egin da birziklatzearen alternatiba bezala. Injekzioa eta estruzioa dira birprozesatzean erabilitako teknikak, polimero termoplastikoen kasuetan asko erabiltzen baitira, eta teknika bakoitzarekin hamar prozesatze ziklo burutu ahal baitira. plastikoen birziklatze mekanikoaren kasuan, birprozesatze prozesuan degradazio arazoa agerdaiteke, eta gainera materialen bizitza-zikloak eragindakoa ere. Abs kasuan, berriz, talkaren aurkako erresistentzia bakarrik arinki murrizten da. Lan honen ondoriorik adierazgarriena polikarbonato eta absren birziklatzean birprozesatzea alternatiba izan daitekeela da. abstract in this doctoral thesis the viability of reprocessing has been assessed as a possible alternative for recycling two of the most used technical polymers , the polycarbonate of bisphenol a (pc) and the t\u00e9rpolymer acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (abs). The techniques used for the reprocessing have been injection and extrusion because they are the most commonly used in the processing of thermoplastics. Up to ten cycles of reprocessing have been performed with each of them. the mechanical recycling of plastics does not only involve the problem of degradation during the reprocessing but, obviously, the material has already suffered a detriment of their properties during its life cycle. One factor that produces more a degradative effect on plastics is sunlight and, especially, ultraviolet light (uv). Therefore, in order to study this effect, the thermoplastics have been submitted to an accelerated ageing through exposure in chambers that simulate the uv light. The study has tried to determinate how the mechanical and thermal properties change when the material is reprocessed, aged and when both degradative effects are combined. as regards the thermal properties (glass transition temperature and thermal stability) it has been observed that in the case of polycarbonate, they decrease with the reprocessing cycles, however for the aged polymer the glass transition temperature remains constant, whereas the thermal stability decreases. In the case of abs both properties remain unchanged for the two degradative effects. In the case of mechanical properties analyzed, tensile strength and impact, it has checked that in the polycarbonate both of them decrease with the cycles of reprocessing while in the abs only slightly the impact resistance does . The accelerated ageing causes a decrease in the mechanical properties of polycarbonate when it has been previously reprocessed, while in the abs this decrease occurs in all the cases. The most significant conclusion of the work is that the reprocessing may be an alternative for the recycling of polycarbonate and abs terpolymer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
