Aspectos cin\u00e9ticos y de equilibrio     en trabajos anteriores  hemos estudiado diversas caracter\u00edsticas relacionadas con la cin\u00e9tica de las reacciones  ant\u00edgeno-anticuerpo utilizadas en t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas que incorporan la radiactividad como magnitud medible, habiendo elaborado modelos te\u00f3ricos aplicables a los procesos que conducen a la formaci\u00f3n de los inmunocomplejos producidos en el radioinmunoan\u00e1lisis (ria) y el an\u00e1lisis inmunoradiom\u00e9trico (irma).Asimismo, hemos estudiado el ajuste de los resultados de equilibrio a varias ecuaciones preestablecidas, habiendo obtenido una deducci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica que las justifica te\u00f3ricamente  en la l\u00ednea antes mencionada, hemos aplicado  los resultados obtenidos hasta la fecha a:  1.\tElaborar un nuevo modelo cin\u00e9tico  aplicable a la sustituci\u00f3n del ant\u00edgeno marcado unido al anticuerpo por el no marcado, proceso que constituye el fundamento del ria 2.\tJustificar las ecuaciones citadas anteriormente a trav\u00e9s de dicho modelo.  la realizaci\u00f3n del trabajo se produjo en las siguientes etapas:  1.\tObtenci\u00f3n de ecuaciones de velocidad integradas para los procesos globales 2.\tEstudio de la influencia de la temperatura y la viscosidad del medio sobre la cin\u00e9tica de la reacci\u00f3n.
