{"id":67836,"date":"2008-06-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-06-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/contribucion-al-estudio-experimental-de-la-friccion-piston-camisa-en-un-motor-de-combustion-interna\/"},"modified":"2008-06-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2008-06-11T00:00:00","slug":"contribucion-al-estudio-experimental-de-la-friccion-piston-camisa-en-un-motor-de-combustion-interna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/distribucion-de-energia\/contribucion-al-estudio-experimental-de-la-friccion-piston-camisa-en-un-motor-de-combustion-interna\/","title":{"rendered":"Contribuci\u00f3n al estudio experimental de la fricci\u00f3n pist\u00f3n-camisa en un motor de combusti\u00f3n interna"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Viviana Aguirre Montoya <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis doctoral centra su contenido en el estudio de la fuerza de fricci\u00f3n entre el pist\u00f3n, los segmentos y la camisa del cilindro (sistema psbc) producida en un motor de combusti\u00f3n interna real cuando funciona a baja velocidad, analizando los principales factores que la afectan, y en particular, estudiando la influencia del material del pist\u00f3n (aluminio y grafito). para llevara cabo este estudio, el trabajo se ha sustentado en la medida experimental de la fuerza de fricci\u00f3n entre el pist\u00f3n y la camisa utilizando el m\u00e9todo de la presi\u00f3n media indicada (instantaneous imep) en condiciones operativas del motor, con componentes reales y sin modificaciones significativas de la m\u00e1quina. los ensayos experimentales se han planificado con rigor estad\u00edstico utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de dise\u00f1o de experimentos. Los dise\u00f1os factoriales planteados se han realizado en su totalidad utilizando el banco de ensayos desarrollado en esta tesis. Se ha obtenido la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para sacar conclusiones estad\u00edsticamente correctas sobre la influencia de los par\u00e1metros y de sus interacciones en el comportamiento de la fricci\u00f3n en el sistema psbc. se ha estudiado el efecto del material del pist\u00f3n en el rozamiento, para lo cual se ha comparado la respuesta de la fricci\u00f3n con el uso de un pist\u00f3n convencional de aluminio con la obtenida utilizando un pist\u00f3n de nuevo desarrollo de grafito. Se ha encontrado que durante la combusti\u00f3n el grafito produce menores p\u00e9rdidas en todos los reg\u00edmenes de giro y grados de carga analizados. los resultados generados muestran que el efecto de los factores en la fricci\u00f3n en el sistema psbc est\u00e1 condicionado al modo de operaci\u00f3n del motor y a su interacci\u00f3n con las otras variables
