Se han desarrollado metodos cineticos para farmacos antidepresivos, antiepilepticos, neurolepticos y antihistaminicos. Como sistemas de deteccion se han utilizado la espectrofluorimetria y la espectrofotometria. En el primer caso se ha determinado imipramina (mediante un efecto de dilucion), nortriptilina (mediante reaccion con 4-cloro-7-nitrobenzofurazan (nbd-c1)), carbamazepina (mediante oxidacion con cerio(iv) a 9-metilacridina) y prometazina (mediante oxidacion por el oxigeno disuelto a su correspondiente sulfoxido). Con deteccion fotometrica se ha determinado tambien nortriptilina (utilizando la reaccion con nbd-c1) y se han resuelto las mezclas imipramina-desipramina (mediante reacciones de acoplamiento oxidativo con 3-metilbenzotiazolin-2-ona hidrazona en presencia de hierro(iii) y metotrimeprazina-tioridazina (mediante reacciones de oxidacion con hierro(iii). Los metodos propuestos permiten la determinacion de estos analitos a nivel de ng\/ml o ug\/ml y se han aplicado al analisis de sueros y productos farmaceuticos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
