{"id":67934,"date":"2008-11-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-11-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2008-11-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2008-11-11T00:00:00","slug":"determinacion-de-un-metodo-para-la-estimacion-de-la-capacidad-de-carga-de-los-espacios-litorales-de-clima-mediterraneo-para-desarrollos-urgano-turistico-aplicacion-a-la-zona-del-norte-chico-chileno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/arquitectura\/determinacion-de-un-metodo-para-la-estimacion-de-la-capacidad-de-carga-de-los-espacios-litorales-de-clima-mediterraneo-para-desarrollos-urgano-turistico-aplicacion-a-la-zona-del-norte-chico-chileno\/","title":{"rendered":"Determinacion de un metodo para la estimacion de la capacidad de carga de los espacios litorales de clima mediterraneo para desarrollos urgano turistico. aplicacion a la zona del norte chico chileno"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Sandra Cortes Chavez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 centrada en la interrogante, de cu\u00e1les deben ser las condicionantes a considerar, para minimizar los impactos ambientales del crecimiento de la ciudad emplazada en el espacio litoral de la zona geogr\u00e1fica del norte chico chileno, para lo cual se ha fundamentado el desarrollo de la tesis en torno a dos grandes temas:%&#038;\/primero, la identificaci\u00f3n de problem\u00e1ticas ambientales en asentamientos emplazados en el espacio litoral de la regi\u00f3n de coquimbo y que han experimentado un crecimiento significativo producto de la trasformaci\u00f3n urbana tur\u00edstica de la costa; y sus or\u00edgenes, en las condicionantes urban\u00edsticas que determinaron el crecimiento de la ciudad, y que fueron fijadas en los instrumentos de planificaci\u00f3n territorial.%&#038;\/Segundo, el an\u00e1lisis de casos de aplicaci\u00f3n de la capacidad de carga, como herramienta para alcanzar un desarrollo tur\u00edstico sustentable, efectuando una catalogaci\u00f3n de casos y posterior identificaci\u00f3n de modelos de capacidad de carga, orientados al dise\u00f1o, aplicaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de instrumentos de planificaci\u00f3n territorial, en base a los cuales se formul\u00f3 un cruce de metodolog\u00edas que permiti\u00f3 levantar un modelo gen\u00e9rico de capacidad de carga.%&#038;\/La principal contribuci\u00f3n de la presente tesis, es formulaci\u00f3n de un modelo de planificaci\u00f3n territorial a partir del modelo gen\u00e9rico de capacidad de carga, lo que permite proponer una metodolog\u00eda de dise\u00f1o para los instrumentos de planificaci\u00f3n territorial de futuros desarrollos urbanos y tur\u00edsticos, considerando el l\u00edmite de la capacidad de carga de los ambientes litorales del norte chico chileno. %&#038;\/Resumen en ingl\u00e9s%&#038;\/the investigation is focused on the question of what should be the determining factors to consider in order to minimize the environmental impacts of growth of the city located in the coastal area of the geographic area of norte chico chile.  The investigation is based on the development of two major theoretical themes: %&#038;\/the first theme involves the identification of environmental issues in settlements located in the coastal area of the coquimbo region, which have experienced significant growth product of the urban transformation of the tourist coast, and its origins, in urban conditions that determined the growth of the city and which were fixed in the instruments of territorial planning. %&#038;\/The second theme involves the analysis of load capacity cases, as a tool to encourage sustainable tourism development, and the making of documentation of cases for the subsequent identification of carrying capacity models that direct the design, implementation and evaluation of territorial planning tools, which permit crossing methodologies and allow a generic carrying capacity model.%&#038;\/The main contribution of this thesis is that it formulates a model of territorial planning from the generic model of carrying capacity, and  allows one to propose a design methodology for instruments of territorial planning for future urban development and tourism while considering the limit the carrying capacity of
