El primero es la optimizaci\u00f3n de las condiciones de dep\u00f3sito de capas delgadas de  \u00f3xido de indio y esta\u00f1o que se utilizar\u00e1n como electrodo de trabajo en posteriores pasos del proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n. Se han conseguido baja resistividad y alta transmitancia en capas delgadas de \u00f3xido de indio y esta\u00f1o depositadas por sputtering. El segundo paso consiste en la formaci\u00f3n de \u00f3palos artificiales mediante ensamblado de esferas coloidales. Se ha realizado un estudio fenomenol\u00f3gico de los par\u00e1metros que influyen en el orden final de los \u00f3palos, tales como temperatura, humedad relativa, concentraci\u00f3n, \u00e1ngulo de dep\u00f3sito o disolvente. El tercer paso es la infiltraci\u00f3n de los \u00f3palos con el material deseado, plata en este caso, mediante m\u00e9todos electroqu\u00edmicos. El \u00faltimo paso es la inversi\u00f3n de los \u00f3palos para obtener estructuras  sub-microm\u00e9tricas ordenadas de plata.  la t\u00e9cnica de litograf\u00eda por interferencia l\u00e1ser se utiliza para la fabricaci\u00f3n de estructuras sub-microm\u00e9tricas empleando dos m\u00e9todos distintos de transferencia de patrones: ataque i\u00f3nico reactivo y lift-off. las estructuras fabricadas mediante las dos t\u00e9cnicas se han caracterizado \u00f3ptica y estructuralmente. Se ha demostrado en este trabajo que estas estructuras presentan propiedades \u00f3pticas que les hacen viables para futuras aplicaciones fot\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
