Practices &#8211; peque\u00f1os caficultores para el caso de los productores de caf\u00e9 y el instrumento eurepgap v2.1 oct.2004 &#8211; checklist\/listado de verificaci\u00f3n para frutas y hortalizas, aplicado a los productores de fruta. La segunda parte del estudio fue considerada como la soluci\u00f3n de un problema complejo  para establecer el orden de prioridades de los factores identificados en el apartado anterior, sobre la implantaci\u00f3n del protocolo de buenas practicas agr\u00edcolas, se resolvi\u00f3 mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de una t\u00e9cnica de decisi\u00f3n multicriterio, utilizando espec\u00edficamente un proceso de an\u00e1lisis jer\u00e1rquico (ahp);
