Para ello se tomaron de la literatura dos escalas suficientemente contrastadas (del capital humano y de la gesti\u00f3n del compromiso) y se crearon otras dos escalas mediante un panel de expertos y la metodolog\u00eda delphi (responsabilidad social corporativa hacia los empleados y conciliaci\u00f3n trabajo-familia). Finalmente, para el contraste de hip\u00f3tesis se utilizaron modelos de ecuaciones estructurales, en concreto los llamados partial least squares.
