El tractament de la informaci\u00f3 \u00e9s fet mitjan\u00ed\u00a7ant el m\u00e9tode de comparacions constants en el marc de la grounded theory. Principals conclusions:  1.-El projecte genera l#equip.   en el cas estudiat, la proposta d\u00c2\u00bfimplantaci\u00f3 d\u00c2\u00bfun projecte contextualment i social comprom\u00e9s, ha acabat generant din\u00ed\u00a0miques col\u00c2\u00bflectives de treball, estables.  2.-Es pot aprendre de treballar en equip.  simplement practicant-lo, a partir del concurs d\u00c2\u00bfunes condicions pr\u00e9vies. Cada persona, per\u00ed\u00b2, pot desenvolupar-se en marcs col\u00c2\u00bflaboratius de diferents maneres i amb diferents intensitats.  3.-Un treball en equip perllongat en el temps, modifica el context.  un cop instal\u00c2\u00bflades les din\u00ed\u00a0miques de treball en equip, el treball dels mestres en aquesta escola adquireix unes caracter\u00edstiques diferents.
