Esta condici\u00f3n suele estar ligada a desordenes metab\u00f3licos como la resistencia a insulina, hiperglucemia y dislipemias, y puede progresar a esteatohepatitis no alcoh\u00f3lica (nash). A\u00fan no se conoce en profundidad la biolog\u00eda de los cuerpos lip\u00eddicos ni el papel que las prote\u00ednas asociadas puedan desempe\u00f1ar. Recientemente se identific\u00f3 en cuerpos lip\u00eddicos de tejido mamario de vaca y rat\u00f3n la prote\u00edna hom\u00f3loga a snd p102 (prote\u00edna de rata). Snd p102 es la prote\u00edna hom\u00f3loga al coactivador p100 humano, que ha sido estudiado en relaci\u00f3n a su papel como coactivador transcripcional, pero tambi\u00e9n se ha encontrado en localizaciones extranucleares. En trabajos realizados en nuestro laboratorio se estableci\u00f3 la localizaci\u00f3n citoplasm\u00e1tica (micros\u00f3mica) de snd p102 en hepatocitos de rata en cultivo.   los objetivos de esta tesis doctoral fueron describir la presencia citoplasm\u00e1tica de snd p102 y estudiar la translocaci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna a los cuerpos lip\u00eddicos en dos condiciones pro-esteatog\u00e9nicas: la regeneraci\u00f3n del h\u00edgado tras una hepatectom\u00eda parcial, y la administraci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido oleico a cultivos primarios de hepatocitos de rata.   se encontr\u00f3 que la localizaci\u00f3n principal de snd p102 en cultivos primarios de hepatocitos y c\u00e9lulas beta-pancre\u00e1ticas es extranuclear, principalmente microsomal, aunque en hepatocitos tambi\u00e9n se pueda hallar en n\u00facleo. Bajo los est\u00edmulos lipog\u00e9nicos estudiados, snd p102 se transloca a los cuerpos lip\u00eddicos, preferentemente a los menos densos, y  su hom\u00f3logo humano p100 tambi\u00e9n se transloca a los cuerpos lip\u00eddicos en c\u00e9lulas de hepatoma hepg2 expuestas a oleato. Adem\u00e1s, la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de snd p102 supuso una acumulaci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna en los cuerpos lip\u00eddicos, sin que el desarrollo de la esteatosis por exposici\u00f3n a oleato se viera afectado por ello. Se encontr\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que, si bien el est\u00edmulo esteatog\u00e9nico provoca la asociaci\u00f3n de snd p102 a los cuerpos lip\u00eddicos, los factores que modulan la disociaci\u00f3n son otros diferentes a la exposici\u00f3n al \u00e1cido oleico. Tanto la disponibilidad de glucosa como la de insulina influyen en la direccionalizaci\u00f3n a de snd p102 a los cuerpos lip\u00eddicos, inhibi\u00e9ndola.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
