Cr-313, penicillium sp. Cr-316 y stachybotrys atra bp-a. Las 3 cepas secretaron m\u00e1xima actividad celulasa al medio de cultivo al crecer en medio m\u00ednimo suplementado con paja de arroz al 1%, mientras que la glucosa reprimi\u00f3 completamente la secreci\u00f3n de actividad celulasa al medio de cultivo. La celulasa cruda secretada por stachybotrys atra bp-a mostr\u00f3 elevada termoresistencia y resistencia a ph alcalinos, hecho que facilitar\u00eda su aplicaci\u00f3n en procesos biotecnol\u00f3gicos. el gen cell2a, que codifica la p-glucanasa cell2a de stachybotrys atra bp-a fue clonada y correctamente expresada en 4 hu\u00e9spedes heter\u00f3logos distintos: escherichia coli, saccharomyces cerevisiae, aspergills nigery aspergillus nidulans. Dicha prote\u00edna fue correctamente secretada al medio de cultivo por s. Cerevisiae, a. Nigery a. Nidulans, evidenciando el correcto reconocimiento del p\u00e9ptido se\u00f1al de cell2a de stachybotrys atra bp_a por la maquinaria secretora de los hu\u00e9spedes utilizados. De entre los 3 hu\u00e9spedes, a. Nigerfue el que secret\u00f3 mayor cantidad de enzima recombinante por lo que la enzima fue purificada y caracterizada a partir de cultivos de este organismo. En cambio, la prote\u00edna se acumul\u00f3, probablemente en forma de cuerpos de inclusi\u00f3n, al expresarla en e. Coli. la enzima mostr\u00f3 un peso molecular de 24 kda y un punto isoel\u00e9ctrico de 8,2. Al analizar la especificidad de sustrato de la enzima se observ\u00f3 que cell2a es una p-(l,3)-(l,4)-glucanasa con elevada actividad sobre p-glucano de cebada y liquenano. La enzima presenta reducida capacidad para hidrolizar cmc y no es activa sobre celulosa cristalina ni laminar\u00edan. se estudi\u00f3 la regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica de cell2a mediante amplificaci\u00f3n por rt-pcr y real time pcr.
